In relation to conventional seaplanes, Ocean amphibious and 'straight' seaplanes will:

• Double wave-height capability to enable safe operations in common coastal sea conditions

• Increase the number of usable tidal marinas and docks by a factor of five 

• ​Increase load capacity and cruise efficiency to typically double range-with-payload

• Reduce the cost of seaplane ownership and life-cycled cost per seat-mile by up to 49% on tropical saltwater

  

The Oceans will be offered with zero-emission power system options, wing-fold capability and water thruster options.
